Terms of Service

By accessing or using DoctorUndo (doctorundo.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering a clinic, you represent that you have authority to bind your organisation. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kochi, Kerala.

DoctorUndo is a technology platform that connects patients with healthcare providers for appointment booking. We are not a healthcare provider, medical service, or emergency service. We do not provide medical advice. In a medical emergency, please call 112 (India emergency) or proceed to the nearest hospital immediately.

You must provide accurate information when booking an appointment, including your name and mobile number. You are responsible for attending booked appointments or cancelling at least 2 hours in advance. Misuse of the platform — including booking appointments with no intent to attend, providing false information, or harassing clinic staff — may result in account suspension.

Clinics registering on DoctorUndo must ensure that all listed doctors are registered with the Medical Council of India (or relevant council) and hold valid practising certificates. Clinics are responsible for keeping availability and fee information accurate and up to date. DoctorUndo reserves the right to remove any clinic or doctor listing that violates these terms or applicable law.

Consultation fees are set by the clinic and collected by DoctorUndo via Razorpay on their behalf. Platform booking fees, if any, are non-refundable after confirmation. Clinic consultation fees are refundable if the appointment is cancelled more than 2 hours before the scheduled time. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

DoctorUndo is a booking platform and is not liable for the quality, outcome, or consequences of any medical consultation or treatment. We are not responsible for any loss or harm arising from a clinic's failure to honour a booking, misdiagnosis, or any medical decision. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the booking fee paid by you for the affected appointment.

All content on DoctorUndo — including the logo, design, copy, and software — is owned by DoctorUndo and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
